kids-school-mail

A private, family-only school-email assistant.

kids-school-mail is a personal automation tool built for one family. It reads specific, labeled school and community emails from two personal Gmail accounts (the two parents' own inboxes), produces a short plain-language summary of each one, and delivers that summary to the two parents privately via dedicated Telegram bots. It also reads the mother's own inbox for appointments -- hers, her children's, and her own mother's, whose caregiver she is -- and offers each one to the parents as a calendar hold. When an email describes a specific, datable event (a school event, a class start date, an application deadline), it can propose adding a tentative hold to the family's shared Google Calendar, which either parent can accept or dismiss with a tap.

This is not a public product. It has no sign-up, no other users beyond the two parents who built and use it, and is not distributed or marketed to anyone.
